Jeffrey Bania is an experienced admissions professional currently serving as the Director of Admissions at Everspring, having progressed through various roles since joining the company in June 2014. Bania demonstrates leadership by modeling performance expectations and facilitating team training, while also utilizing subject matter expertise to guide prospective students through the admissions process. In addition to experience at Everspring, Jeffrey has held roles at institutions such as Argosy University and K12 Teachers Alliance, focusing on effective communication and client relationship management. Jeffrey's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from Illinois State University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Canterbury Christ Church University.
