Kathy Groth

Kathy Groth is a Senior Vice President of Learning Design at Everspring, where Kathy supports faculty and creates impactful training experiences. Prior to their current role, Kathy served as an Academic Dean at Westwood College, overseeing academic functions for various programs. Kathy also worked as an Operations Manager at Chubb Computer Services and a Business Analyst at Tenneco. Kathy holds an MBA in Leadership & Change Management from DePaul University and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Northwestern University.
