Girish Pai has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Girish is currently working as the Vice President of Real Estate at Everstone Group since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director in Project Management at Gopalkrishna Farms & Financial Services Pvt Ltd from April 2020. Girish also has experience working at Peninsula Land Ltd as both the General Manager of Business Strategy & Planning as well as the General Manager of Special Projects and Director. Girish joined Peninsula Land Ltd in April 2011 and served in various responsibilities including MIS, project operations control, cost reduction, budgeting, corporate strategy & planning, and driving business plans. From August 2017 to March 2020, Girish also took on additional responsibilities as the Director & CIO at GK Asset Manager LLP. Prior to this, they worked at Pranav Construction Systems Pvt. Ltd as the General Manager of Business Analysis, where they set up costing & MIS systems and prepared project reports. Earlier in their career, Girish worked at Raymond Ltd as the EA to CMD and Deputy General Manager, focusing on industry and economic research, feasibility studies, and project implementation. Girish also has experience as a Manager of Business Analyst & Economist at Zoom Developers Pvt Ltd and as an Economist at the Consulate General of Republic of Korea.
Girish Pai holds an MBA degree in Finance from Technology And Management Jobs, which they obtained from 1991-1993. Girish has also completed an MA in economics from the University of Mumbai from 1986-1988. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Economics from Guru Nanak Khalsa College of Arts, Science & Commerce from 1981-1986. Girish completed their secondary education at St Josephs High School in Wadala, Mumbai, from 1977-1980. Before that, they attended Cochin Gujarathi Vidhayalaya in Kochi, Kerala, from 1975-1977 for V to VII standard studies. Girish began their primary education at Mount Carmel Convent High School in Gandhidham, Gujarat, where they studied from 1971-1975 for I to IV standard. In addition to their formal education, Girish has also obtained certifications in Stock Trading and Construction Management.
