Serena Mccrindle has an extensive background in customer service and management, with current experience as Front Office personnel at Everstone Group since September 2021. Prior roles include Senior Community Executive at JustCo from April 2016 to September 2021, and Sales Support at Asia Plantation Capital from 2008 to 2014. Serena began the career as Assistant Events Manager at Prive between 2007 and 2008, and worked as a Flight Attendant for Gulf Air from 2004 to 2006. Early experience includes serving as a Tour Executive at Imperial Tours & Travel between 2000 and 2001. Educational qualifications comprise a Diploma in Tourism & Travel from the Centre for Tourism-Related Studies (2000-2001) and studies at the Management Development Institute of Singapore (2002-2003).
