Kim Kilday has over 20 years of work experience in marketing and communication roles. Kim is currently the Chief Marketing and Communication Officer at United Church Homes and Services (UCHS), a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to UCHS, Kim worked as the Regional Director of Business Development at Principle LTC from January 2020 to April 2021. Kim also worked as a Consultant under their own name from October 2019 to April 2021.

Before that, Kim held senior positions at Liberty Healthcare Management and Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, where they were responsible for developing marketing strategies and integrating business units. Kim also worked as the Regional Director of Marketing at Care One from September 2009 to April 2011.

In addition to their healthcare marketing experience, Kim has worked as a Consultant at RUA Enterprises from December 2000 to February 2010 and as a Regional Sales and Marketing Consultant at Shoreline HealthCare Management, LLC from August 2007 to November 2008.

Earlier in their career, Kim held a Risk Management role at the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners from 2003 to 2007. Kim also worked as a Customer Account Manager at Carolinas Healthcare System, where they built a sales team and implemented a centralized call center for psychiatric and substance abuse services from 1997 to 1999.

Kim Kilday completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from PennWest Clarion in the period from 1985 to 1989. Kim pursued further studies and obtained an MBA and MHA in Health Administration from Pfeiffer University between 1994 and 1997. Recently, from 2018 to 2020, Kim attended West Virginia University to pursue an MS in Data Marketing Communication. In addition to their formal education, they have also achieved a certification in User Testing from UserTesting, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
