Sheila Lee is an experienced case manager with a diverse background in counseling and support services. Since May 2016, Sheila has worked at Everyone Home DC, focusing on case management. Additionally, Sheila has been a certified grief counselor and spiritual counselor with Lovlee Tears Ministry since January 2010, providing support for those facing grief and life changes. As a pride trainer at Sheila A Lee since March 2003, assistance is given in pre-service training for foster and adoptive parents. Previously, Sheila served as a parent support partner at United Methodist Family Services and as a family support worker at Brookland Family Support Collaborative, offering vital support to families and young adults. Sheila's early career included roles as a recruiter/resource development assistant at Family & Child Services, contributing to foster care and adoption initiatives. Sheila holds a Master of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling from Lancaster Bible College and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Washington Bible College.

All people transitioning out of homelessness need resources beyond decent, affordable housing to thrive. They need access to nutritious foods, education, employment, parenting supports, children’s services, transportation, physical and behavioral health care services. So, we approach our services as we approach caring for our own families, with a whole person, whole family, and whole community mindset. We exist to provide a range of housing solutions and supportive services to ensure that individuals and families in our community have what they most need to thrive.
