Jeremy Whaling is a Senior EVSE Engineer at EVgo since November 2018, serving as a technical expert in OCPP, CCS, and CHAdeMO standards, leading product testing, maintaining relationships with EVSE suppliers, and assisting policymakers in technical areas. Previously, Jeremy was the Grid Connected Project Manager at American Honda Motor Company, Inc., overseeing the Honda SmartCharge initiative and representing Honda in EV policy proceedings, earning six patents during tenure. Earlier experience includes roles at California ISO as a Real Time Scheduler, Chroma Systems Solutions as a Support Engineer, and an internship at DIRECTV. Jeremy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine and an A.A. in Mathematics from Saddleback College.
