Per Dillner is a seasoned management consultant currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Evidente since August 2023. With extensive experience at Ericsson from January 2014 to September 2023 as a Strategic Program Manager, Per directed the "Digitalized Flow" program, focusing on the digitalization and automation of 4G and 5G network deployments. Evidente is a privately owned engineering services company established in 1996 with offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Lund. We offer services within software development and systems engineering to companies specialising in the development of products that include embedded systems. We also offer management consulting services in the areas of cross-functional product development and product planning. In all assignments, we provide cross-company competence with highly qualified and experienced engineers combined with firmly structured development methodology. The aim at Evidente is to perform 50 percent of all assignments in-house to maintain flexibility, handle changes in the workload and share expertise between colleagues. Our vision is to exceed costumer expectations regarding expertise, commitment and delivery.
