Foster Rockwell has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Foster started as the Corporate Training Manager at Datatel, where they established a training department and created employee-focused training programs. Foster then moved on to ESI International, where they served as the Director of Curriculum Development, leading teams in developing training programs for federal agencies and commercial companies. At Deloitte Consulting, they worked as a Specialist Master, focusing on learning services, performance improvement, and change management for Federal government clients. Foster also worked as a BodyPump Group Fitness Instructor at both Gold's Gym and the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Director of Enterprise Learning at Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing learning programs and collaborating with leadership to achieve organizational goals.

Foster Rockwell attended George Mason University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a B.I.S. degree in Workplace Training Management. Later, they pursued a Masters Certificate in Project Management at The George Washington University. Additionally, in October 2018, Foster Rockwell obtained a certification as a Les Mills BodyPump Instructor from Les Mills International.
