MacKensie Baer

Mackensie Baer has extensive experience in merchandise planning and retail, currently serving as a Merchandise Planner at evo since November 2020, focusing on Snowboard, Surf, and Skate products. Prior to this role, Mackensie worked at Eddie Bauer from August 2018 to July 2020 as a Planner and Associate Planner, specializing in Women's Outlet woven and knit bottoms, as well as fleece. Previous positions include Assistant Buyer and Flash Site Merchandiser at Backcountry.com, along with a stint as Associate Category Merchant for Bath & Towels at Overstock.com. Mackensie began professional experience as a Buying Intern at The Donna Karan Company and has a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor's of Science in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from The University of Arizona, where tutoring experience was gained at the SALT Center.
