Johanna Tammsalu is currently the Head of Product Design at Evocon. Johanna is also the Head of Tamma Design, a conceptual Design Studio Johanna founded in 2013. Johanna previously worked as a Customer Experience Designer at ESPLAN and as a Junior Product Designer at the National Geographic Retail Store. Johanna has a Master of European Design Labs from IED Madrid and a BA Hons in Creative Advertising from the University of West London. Johanna's expertise lies in UX Design & Research and materials exploration in design.

Evocon is a privately owned and funded Estonian IT service company. It was launched at the end of 2010 to solve the problem of automated production monitoring that manufacturing companies across different industries experience. Our aim is to help manufacturers digitize their production process and give them a platform for smart decision-making. The solution enables users to track and monitor different aspects of the manufacturing process, such as OEE, downtime, cycle time, quantity etc. In addition to that we put a strong emphasis in visualizing the data from the shop floor in an easy and intuitive way. This allows manufacturers to raise transparency in the production process, reduce time lost due to stoppages, drive employee engagement and discover opportunities for improvements.
