Jess Koorse

Jess Koorse is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing end user services and technical support. Currently serving as Sr. Director of IT End User Services at Evolent since May 2022, Jess previously held the role of Associate Director of IT Technical Services at B. Braun Medical Inc. from June 2006 to May 2022, overseeing IT Help Desk operations and training initiatives. Additional experience includes IT Project Manager positions at JPMorgan and IBM, as well as a background in inventory control at Aircraft Parts Corporation. Jess is also actively involved as a volunteer, serving as Chair of the Children's Services Committee for the Salvation Army Children's Services, focused on supporting foster care and adoption initiatives in the Lehigh Valley, PA. Educational background includes studies at SUNY Geneseo and Suffolk County Community College.
