Nina Walker

Nina Walker is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Evolent since June 2025. Previously, Nina worked in Strategic Finance at Maven Clinic from August 2021 to April 2025 and completed an MBA Internship focusing on research, strategy, and pricing analysis at WellTheory in 2020. Nina also held an MBA Internship in Product Strategy at Author by Humana and contributed to strategic finance and corporate development initiatives at Oscar Health between October 2018 and July 2019. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at Morgan Stanley, where Nina was involved in investment banking and equity research from June 2014 to September 2018. Nina earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Economics from Colgate University, graduating Cum Laude.
