Geoff Graber is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and leadership development. As Co-Founder and Executive Chair of Evolution, an executive coaching firm, and Managing Partner at Evolutionary Ventures, which invests in transformative startups, Graber focuses on helping organizations scale while maintaining their core values. Previously, Graber served as Founder/CEO of Scout OnDemand, where a Coaching Management System gained recognition in the HR industry, and held significant roles at renowned companies such as Yahoo! and Electronic Arts China. An early innovator in the metaverse space, Graber co-founded Muse and has contributed to various leadership development initiatives throughout a diverse career spanning nearly three decades. Graber holds a Bachelor’s degree in East Asian Studies and Business from UCLA, along with additional education from various institutions.
