Kelly Clapham

Kelly Clapham currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & HSE at Evolution Engineering since September 2017, overseeing all HR functions and health, safety, and environment responsibilities. With extensive experience in human resources, Kelly has held various roles such as Senior HR Generalist at Raytheon Canada Limited and HR Manager positions at Landmark Cinemas Canada, Jayman, and Jertyne Interior Services. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources for the Town of High River & MD of Foothills and Ziff Energy Group. Kelly's early career includes diverse roles at CIBC and ATB Financial. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Organizational Dynamics and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Calgary.
