Fidel Serrano, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system analysis and enterprise resource planning. Currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at Evolution Fresh since March 2022, Fidel assists with the Ross ERP system, modifies and writes code in Gembase, creates and modifies SSRS Report Manager reports, and addresses EDI requests and issues using EDI OpenText. Prior to this role, Fidel spent over two decades at Mission Pharmacal as an Enterprise Resources Planning System Analyst, where responsibilities included the maintenance of the Ross ERP 6.4 and managing various interfaces such as Vertex, Loftware, FedEx, and Crystal Reports.
