Currently serving as the International HR Business Partner at Evolution Power Tools Limited since April 2016, Madalina has previously held HR roles at The Sheffield College, Nestle Research & Development Centre, Decathlon Romania, and InBev. Notable achievements include conducting job analysis and developing a core competence matrix at Nestle’s R&D Center in Beijing, as well as overseeing talent management solutions across European markets. Madalina holds CIPD qualifications at Levels 5 and 7 in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
