Ítalo Rossi is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software engineering and network management. Since 2009, Ítalo has served as a Software Engineer and Chief Technology Officer at Evolux, focusing on the development of a comprehensive Call Center VoIP platform that integrates various telephony components and features a web interface. Prior to this role, Ítalo was the Lead Network Engineer at JET +TV+Internet (Grupo Acom Comunicações), where responsibilities included planning and building the IP network for internet services and configuring Cisco CMTS for DOCSIS over MMDS networks. Ítalo began the career as a Network Administrator at Diginet Brasil from 2006 to 2009, ensuring the operational continuity of an ISP. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Universidade Potiguar, completed in 2011, and earlier studies at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte from 2004 to 2008.
