Currently, Joanne serves as the Group General Manager of People, Culture & Corporate Services at Evolve Housing, one of Australia’s largest community housing providers. Previous positions include Head of Human Resources at Crestone Wealth Management, where Joanne played a key role in establishing a high-performance culture and HR framework, and various strategic consulting roles in organizations such as QHR and Talent2. Joanne has also demonstrated leadership as a Director on the Board of 2realise, a charity focused on youth resilience. Holding a BA in Psychology from Western Sydney University and further professional development through the Australian Institute of Management, Joanne has cultivated expertise in organizational design, employee engagement, HR analytics, and operational management throughout their career.

We provide housing assistance to eligible people on low incomes or who are unable to access appropriate housing in the private market. This includes social housing, affordable housing and supported housing. We do more than simply provide accommodation.
