Monica Valero has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Monica started their career at Quantum Gap as a Software Developer in 2000, before moving on to Buongiorno where they held various roles including Senior Software Engineer and B!Digital Technical Leader. In 2011, they joined Lumata as a Tech Lead, and later became the Expert Services Tech Lead and Tech Lead for Brands in the US, UK, and Iberia. Currently, Monica is the IT Manager and Head of the Madrid Office at Evolving Systems, a position they have held since 2017.
Monica Valero earned a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they attended from 1993 to 2000. In addition, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2014.
