Timm Zabel is currently the Head of Business Development for APAC Product Protection, Delivery Systems, and Botanicals at Evonik, where responsibilities include building the regional Business Development team for the Personal Care industry. In addition, since October 2024, Timm has taken on a minor role in the global sustainability team, focusing on Biodiversity (Nagoya) and EUDR compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Business Development Manager for Product Protection APAC at Evonik Nutrition & Care GmbH and Sales Manager International at Dr. Straetmans GmbH. Timm began professional experience with internships at Global Malt and Flowserve, and held a temporary position at Metro Cash and Carry. Timm holds a Master of Science in International Management and Engineering from the University of Technology Hamburg, along with a Bachelor of Science in Process Engineering and additional studies in Chemical Engineering at Nanyang Technological University and San José State University.
