Following this, they served as the Team Manager for Business Processes and Process Manager for CRM from July 2018 to June 2020. Ulrich's last role at Evonik was as a Senior Manager in IT Demand & Portfolio from July 2020 to March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director in IT Demand & Portfolio at Evonik from April 2022.

Ulrich G. studied Wirtschaftsinformatik at Hochschule Wismar. Prior to that, they completed their Verwaltungsfachangestellter degree in Öffentliche Verwaltung at Studieninstitut für kommunale Verwaltung in 1993.
