Iryna Kinderova

Iryna Kinderova is an experienced Recruiting Manager with a robust background in recruitment and selection processes, currently employed at EvoPlay since November 2019. Iryna oversees all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing job offers, and coordinating communication with new hires. Previously, Iryna held the same position at EDELWEISS Management Consulting GmbH from December 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included candidate attraction, screening, and labor market analysis. Iryna holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management and Labour Economics from the National University of Food Technologies, obtained from 2010 to 2015.
