Florentina Sipetean

Florentina Sipetean is an experienced professional in the fields of psychology and learning and development. Currently serving as a Psychologist in private practice since November 2023, Florentina also holds the position of Learning & Development Business Partner at Evozon since July 2022, a role that includes team and leadership coaching, leadership program development, and acting as a key resource for learning inquiries within the organization. Previously, Florentina worked at Darwin from September 2018 to July 2022 in a similar capacity, focusing on leadership development and employee learning needs.
