Guy Picard has extensive experience in the field of surveying, having worked in various roles for different companies over the years. Guy began their career in 1979 as an Instrument man on a survey team for Manitoba Hydro. Guy then worked as a Party Chief for Pioneer Engineering, P.A. from 1993 to 2008, where they were responsible for legal surveys, construction staking, and other surveying tasks. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Chainman party chief for FOCUS, undertaking legal and construction surveys for oil companies. Guy then joined o'connel nelson ebc as a Senior Surveyor from 2009 to 2010. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Senior Surveyor for Kiewit Alarie a partnership, where they were involved in layouts, verification, and mentoring. Guy continued their career as a Survey Crew Chief for EVS (2014-2015), Kiewit Aecon A Partnership (2015-2016), BBE (2016-2017), and EVS, Inc. from 2017 to the present. Through these roles, they gained expertise in survey crew management and various surveying tasks.
Guy Picard attended Jean De Brebeuf from 1971 to 1974, where they completed their high school education with a focus on general studies.
