Dr. Stefan Reemts has a diverse work experience. Dr. Stefan started their career in 2009 in the German Federal Armed Forces, where they served as the Head of Military Communications and Security until 2012. In 2013, they joined EWE Tel GmbH, initially as the Head of Production Controlling, IT Controlling, and Investment Controlling. In 2020, they were promoted to Head of Controlling, Business Partner Finance, and BI. Alongside their corporate roles, Dr. Reemts also worked as a Lecturer at Hochschule Emden/Leer from 2016 to 2022.

Dr. Stefan Reemts completed their high school education at Duluth East High School in June 1997. Dr. Stefan then went on to pursue their bachelor's degree in Wirtschafts- und Organisationswissenschaften at Bundeswehr University Munich from 2004 to 2008, obtaining their Diplom Kaufmann degree. Dr. Reemts continued their education at the same university and earned their doctorate in Wirtschafts- und Organisationswissenschaften, specifically a Dr. rer. pol., from 2008 to 2016. Dr. Stefan received additional certifications for both their Diplom Kaufmann degree and their doctorate from Universität der Bundeswehr München in April 2008 and October 2016, respectively.
