Udi Avital

Udi Avital is an award-winning and auction-winning Chief Creative Officer (3x winner of Cannes Lions Festival). In 2025, he co-found Ex Ventures Lab together with his Ex-Meta partner Adam Raz. Ex is a DTC venture studio with a systematic and data-driven creative approach to launching high quality brands in the health and wellness space. Udi is a University Lecturer at Tel Aviv University since March 2024, specializing in performance creative, disruptor brands, and the marketing organization of the future. Previously, Udi held the position of Head of Creative Shop at Meta from April 2016 to December 2024. Prior experiences include serving as Creative Director at McCann from November 2011 to April 2016, and as a Copywriter at both Ogilvy & Mather from November 2010 to November 2011 and Grey Group in 2010. He is a published writer ("What About the Youth Team?" 2014) and one of his creative projects has been exhibited in Washington's Museum of the Bible.
