Samer Faour

Samer Faour is an experienced professional in the field of cybersecurity and engineering, currently serving as Solutions Architect Team Lead at Exabeam since May 2019, with previous roles there as Solutions Architect and Senior Sales Engineer. As Managing Director at Open Security Consulting Inc. since March 2017, Samer has demonstrated strong leadership in security consulting. Additional advisory roles were held across various institutions, including the National Bank of Canada, CIBC, and PwC Canada in 2018 and 2019. Prior experience also includes project management positions at Coast Capital Savings and the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO), as well as a managerial role overseeing the Security Operations Center at Domino's. Samer holds a Master of Engineering in Integrated Security Technologies and Policies from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the American University of Beirut.
