Charlie Conover

Charlie Conover has over 40 years of diverse experience in customer service and radio broadcasting. Currently serving as a Customer Care Professional at Exact Sciences since September 2019, Charlie previously held the position of Customer Service Specialist at Cabela's from March 2015 to September 2019. Prior to that, extensive experience in the radio industry included roles as Radio Production Director at Clearchannel Systems and Program/Production Director/on-Air Talent at iHeartMedia, both from 1991 to 2009. Early career experience included radio broadcasting since June 1978. Charlie holds a Bachelor's degree in radio/tv/film with a minor in marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, completed between 1981 and 1984.
