Jorge Campos has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jorge began their career at Crear Sistemas as a Technical Leader from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they joined Visa Argentina as a Technical Leader, leading the development of eServices products until 2002. Campos then worked at Logismata as a Senior Architect from 2002 to 2003.
In 2003, they joined Gemalto as a Technical Project Manager and later became a Solution Development Manager. From 2006 to 2008, Campos served as the Manager of Mobile Solutions, managing multiple development teams and specializing in security. Jorge then became the Mobile Financial Services Product Director until 2012.
Since 2012, Campos has been actively involved in the start-up industry. Jorge co-founded and served as the CEO of exagens, where they focused on general management, business development, marketing, and product strategy. Jorge later held the position of CXO - Chief Experience Officer before being appointed as the Chief Behavioral Officer in 2020.
Alongside their professional roles, Campos also worked as a Professor and Assistant Professor at Universidad Tecnologica Nacional, teaching courses on programming techniques and enterprise architectures from 1995 to 2003.
