Kirsten Back

Kirsten Back, CPA, currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Tax Services at Exbo Group since November 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Tax Manager at Deloitte from August 2018 to November 2024, where Kirsten provided tax consulting and compliance services to complex partnership structures. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Tax Consultant and Sales Associate at Banana Republic, Chapter Treasurer for the Psi Gamma Chapter of Phi Mu Fraternity, and a Summer Intern at Lighthouse Financial Network, LLC. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University, with a background including participation in both the 2017 Deloitte National Leadership Conference and the 2017 KPMG Discover Leadership Program.
