Brian Mann

Brian Mann is a highly experienced professional in the nuclear engineering field, currently serving as the Vice President of Licensing at EXCEL Services Corporation since May 1997. In this role, Brian manages activities and provides technical support for various licensing committees, including the Pressurized Water Reactor Owners Group and the Boiling Water Reactor Owners’ Group. Brian has held multiple leadership positions at EXCEL Services, including Vice President of Industry Programs and Director of Industry Organization Support and Information Technology, and has a strong background in technical specifications and information technology management. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at EXCEL Services and as a Senior Engineer and Work Group Leader at Constellation, where Brian led significant projects such as the Improved Technical Specifications Conversion Project. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and Mechanics with a Nuclear Option from Tennessee Technological University, as well as advanced studies and a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Virginia.
