Dan Ludwig

Dan Ludwig currently serves as the VP of International Operations at EXCEL Services Corporation, overseeing the professional service lifecycle for international projects since June 2025. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Business Development Manager for Venture Technologies at Modine Manufacturing Company, focusing on thermal management opportunities. Dan's previous experience includes a Business Development Manager role at USNC, where responsibilities involved managing the domestic customer pipeline and leading a DOE grant proposal team. At Xcel Energy, Dan worked as an Innovation Engineer, leading nuclear-to-hydrogen research and contributing to automation implementations, as well as serving as a Fleet Design Engineer, focusing on change management and SAP system integrations. Earlier career roles included Mechanical Design Engineer at Dominion and Reactor Operator at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where Dan was a licensed reactor operator. Dan holds both a BS and MS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
