Frederic Decaluwe is an experienced maritime operations professional with a strong background in LNG projects and fleet management. Currently serving as Manager of Fleet Operations for Marine and Regas at Excelerate Energy since January 2020, Frederic has held various leadership roles focused on optimizing LNG fleet operations and supporting regasification activities. Prior to this, Frederic worked at Exmar Shipmanagement NV for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing LNG operations, providing consultancy for project development, and serving as a cargo superintendent in significant ship-to-ship transfer projects. Frederic's expertise extends to supervising LNG vessels, ensuring safety standards, and conducting technical support for various marine projects. Frederic obtained a Master's Degree in nautical sciences from Antwerp Maritime Academy.
