Mohamed's career began as a Sonatrach DESC Engineer and progressed through multiple technical and managerial roles, demonstrating expertise in cementing, stimulation, and coil tubing operations. Mohamed earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Benghazi University and completed English studies at a middle institute.
