Antra Mittal is a Senior Research Associate at Excelra since November 2023, with prior experience as a Lead Bioinformatics Analyst at AarogyaAI, where leadership of a four-member team focused on antimicrobial resistance projects utilizing various bioinformatics tools and programming languages. Antra's tenure at MEDGENOME as a Bioinformatics Analyst from February 2020 to January 2023 involved multiple significant projects, including COVID-19 whole genome sequencing analysis, HCV genotyping pipelines, and the development of a pan-pathogen panel for respiratory diseases. Antra holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Deshbandhu College, complemented by education from the Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology in 2019.
