Subhash Lalwani has extensive work experience starting from 1992. Subhash began their career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Diamines & Chemicals Limited, where they gained experience in maintenance, project management, and materials departments. Subhash later joined Rapicut Carbides as a Senior Engineer (Purchase), responsible for procurement, negotiation, and liaising with government agencies. Subhash then worked at UPL Environmental Engineers Ltd as a Dy. Manager (Materials), overseeing the material function of the organization. Subsequently, they served as the General Manager (Materials) at Excelsource International Pvt. Ltd. for ten years, exporting mining-related products. As of 2019, they joined emew India Pvt Ltd. as the Sr. G.M Material Management, handling global supply chain management. Currently, they are the Head of Supply Chain Management at Excelsource International Pvt. Ltd.
Subhash Lalwani pursued their education in Mechanical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Subhash obtained an Associate's Degree in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, completing their studies from 1985 to 1988. Building on their foundation, they continued their education at the same institution and attained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1988 to 1992.
