Darren Thompson

Darren Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer loyalty and relationship management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Partnerships at Exchange Solutions since August 2024, Darren focuses on expanding the company's network of partnerships. As Principal at DT Business Consulting Inc. since 2017, Darren specializes in the design and management of client experience and loyalty programs. Previous roles include Director of Loyalty and CRM at Harry Rosen, where Darren led the CLUB HARRY loyalty program, and Director of Integrated Marketing Planning at TD, responsible for end-to-end marketing strategies.
