Nicholas Partenza

Nicholas Partenza, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Director of Financial Reporting at ExchangeRight Real Estate since March 2021. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the position of Director of Financial Reporting at Cedar Realty Trust, Inc., from February 2011 to March 2021, where responsibilities included the preparation of financial filings such as 10-K and 10-Q, along with overseeing the XBRL process and debt compliance. Earlier in career, Nicholas worked as an Audit Manager at PKF LLP NY from November 2005 to January 2011, managing financial statement audits across various industries including REITs and not-for-profit organizations. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
