Tim Furlong began their work experience as a Senior Auditor at McGladrey in 1995. Tim then transitioned to Silicon Graphics in 2000, where they served as the Corporate Treasury Manager/SEC Reporting Analyst until 2004. Following their time at Silicon Graphics, Furlong worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Tyco Federal Credit Union from 2006 to 2012. Finally, they joined Excite Credit Union in 2012 as the Vice President of Finance, a position they currently hold.
Tim Furlong earned a Bachelor of Education - BEd degree with a major in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1987 to 1991. As of now, they have not obtained any additional certifications such as a Certified Public Accountant.
