Javier B. Vargas, ACC, CPCC, is a seasoned executive coach and consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, sales coaching, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Board Member at OLA Branding and a QPod Catalyst at HumanQ, Vargas also contributes as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Right Management LATAM and as an Executive & Sales Coach with Infopro Learning, Inc. Previously, Vargas held key positions at ManpowerGroup, Right Management, Quark, Apple Computer, and Adobe Systems, where achievements include driving significant revenue growth, revamping leadership competencies, and expanding operations across Latin America.
