Gary Redfeather, PhD, RPh, is a distinguished expert in leadership development and positive psychology coaching with over 30 years of experience in neuroscience and human behavior. Currently serving as the Head Innovation Catalyst at Leadership Growth Lab, Dr. Redfeather leads initiatives to transform leadership coaching for the digital age and promote ethical practices in the SME sector. As an executive coach at ExecOnline and the owner of Redfeather Coaching, Dr. Redfeather fuses insights from neuropharmacology and resiliency training to empower individuals and organizations. Previous roles include significant contributions to educational programs at De Montfort University and Coventry University, as well as leadership positions within the Pharmacy Leadership & Education Institute. Dr. Redfeather's extensive academic background includes a PhD in Neuropharmacology from Oregon State University and certifications in Positive Psychology.
