David Blackorby has a diverse work experience in the IT and military sectors. David started their career in 2004 as an IT and Technical Support Manager at Free!Graphix, Inc. David then worked as a Technical Support Specialist II at Triple E Technologies, LLC from 2012 to 2013. After that, they joined the Washington State Department of Corrections as an Information Technology Specialist III for a few months in 2013.
In the same year, David returned to Triple E Technologies, LLC and served as a Technical Support Specialist 2 until 2017. David then joined Volt as a Deployment Services Technician II from 2017 to 2018. At the same time, David worked as a Service & Support Specialist, Technical Team at Trusted Spokane IT Company | HiTechnique LLC from 2018 to 2018.
In 2018, David started working at Executech as an IT Project Management Lead, a position which they still hold. David also began their military career in 2010 as an Army Engineer Officer in the US Army and Army National Guard. In 2018, they transitioned to the United States Army Reserve (USAR) as a Commissioned Engineer Officer. In the USAR, they held various positions including Assistant Operations Office (AS3) from 2018 to 2019, Company Commander from 2019 to 2021, and Assistant Operations Officer (AS3) from 2021 to 2022.
David recently separated from the military in September 2022. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong background in IT support and management, as well as leadership roles in the military.
David Blackorby attended Eastern Washington University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
