Neha Malhotra

Neha Malhotra joined with 17+ years of experience within Leadership Search spanning across diverse functions predominantly within the Consumer and Healthcare industries. Neha began her career with a boutique retained search firm and after a decade of working there, joined a European executive search firm to kick start their operations in Delhi. Having completed 5 years there, she has now joined us at Executive Access to focus on the Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Life Sciences practice .We had identified this vertical as key sector to scale up and Neha has the requisite experience, capability and credentials to do so.

Neha holds an MBA from Delhi and a college degree from Punjab University. She is an avid reader and enjoys being part of a book club. She is also fond of cooking especially trying new cuisines.
