Craig Palmer

Craig Palmer has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Craig started their career as an Accounting Manager at PG&E in 2003 and worked there until 2007. Craig then joined Oracle in 2007 and held various roles including Senior Director North America Applications Financial Planning & Analysis, Senior Director M&A Global Business Finance Integration, and Vice President, Corporate Accounting. Craig joined Exelixis in 2019 as the Vice President, Finance & Controller.

Craig Palmer attended the University of Victoria from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Craig further pursued their education at Golden Gate University from 2005 to 2008, graduating with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance. In addition to their degrees, Craig obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy in 2003 and as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 2000.
