Exelixis
Evan Green has a diverse work experience in the field of cryo-electron microscopy. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Scientist II and cryoEM Lead at Exelixis, where they oversee the installation and operation of electron microscopes, computational infrastructure, and sample preparation facilities. Prior to this, Evan worked at Septerna as a Senior Scientist and cryoEM Lead, where they played a crucial role in structural enabling projects and collaborated in a research environment. Evan has also worked at Genentech as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and as an Intern. Additionally, Evan gained research experience as a Graduate Student at the University of California, San Francisco, and as a Research Assistant at Oregon Health and Science University.
Evan Green pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biophysics from the University of California, San Francisco from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Chemistry at Reed College from 2009 to 2013.
