Jaune'Se Tate

Jaune'se Tate currently serves as the HR Business Partner and Employee Experience Leader at Exelixis, starting in September 2024. Previously, Jaune'se held several key positions at Petco, including Head of Partner Experience and Head of Partner (Employee) Experience & HR Services from March 2022 to June 2024. Prior to that, Jaune'se worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Senior Director of Global Employee Relations and Senior Director of Human Resources for Global Information Technology, eBusiness & Digital Marketing from May 2016 to March 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Human Resources-UK and Regional HR Director at KONE, and Corporate HR Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Jaune'se holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Howard University, obtained in January 1996.
