Tracye Laun

Tracye Laun, PhD, possesses extensive experience in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving in a role focused on Learning and Development at Exelixis since May 2022, Tracye has previously held significant positions including Senior Program Manager for Reality Labs Learning at Meta, and Director of Global Learning Programs & Design at Sitecore, where leadership encompassed the development of programs for employees, customers, and partners. Other roles include Director of Learning & Development at Womply and Director of Global Education Services at EFI, where Tracye managed global training initiatives for channel partners and employees. Earlier career positions involved responsibilities in global learning and development at Hearsay Social and Teachscape.
