Felicia Cummings

Felicia Cummings is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in total rewards and HR enablement. Currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards and Vice President of Compensation & HR Enablement at Exelon since September 2023, Cummings leads enterprise strategies for executive and broad-based compensation while overseeing HR functions. Prior to this role, Cummings worked as Vice President of Compensation at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where responsibilities included developing and implementing compensation strategies. Additional experience includes leadership positions in compensation at TreeHouse Foods, CDK Global, Akzo Nobel Chemicals, and a consulting role at Buck Consultants. Cummings holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is furthering education in NonProfit Board Governance through Kellogg Executive Education.
