Mary Cate Gordon

Mary Cate Gordon currently serves as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Labor, Employment, and Benefits at Exelon, having held multiple legal positions within the company since April 2018. Prior to this role, Gordon was an attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP, specializing in labor and employment law, and served as adjunct professor at both Drexel University and the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, teaching courses related to healthcare law and health policy. Gordon has also provided in-house counsel support for Sunoco and completed a judicial clerkship with the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Gordon's legal education includes a Doctor of Law from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Old Dominion University.
